No tool is perfect, and Gamma has a couple of blind spots that you need to be aware of before you completely ditch your old software.
The Export Problem: If you have a professor or a submission portal that strictly requires a .pptx or .pdf file, Gamma can be frustrating. Because it designs for the web, exporting it to a traditional format often flattens the dynamic layouts into static images. If you need to edit the file after you export it to PowerPoint, you are out of luck.
The Credit Wall: Gamma runs on a freemium model using an AI credit system. You get enough free credits to test the waters and build your first couple of projects. My Final Take
